Exchange and return policies
The customer is protected by the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, with the 14-days right of return. Return policy only applies to the original, unused and sealable products. Always contact customer service before returning firstname.lastname@example.org to get specific instructions. If the yarn, knit or needles were made to order, as most are, customer does not have the right to return them unless they have a defect.
When returning a product, please attach the following information:
• order number, your name, address, and phone number
• bank account
• copy of the order confirmation
We can not accept returns of more than 14 days after delivery. When a return is accepted, the money is refunded directly into your account after receiving and processing the return.
If customer wants to return a product that does not have any kind of fault, customer will have to pay the postage of the return. Also if customer does not pick up the delivery and it is returned to seller, customer is eligible for only a refund covering the product cost. Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund sum.

In this webshop products are sold by Kiurukallio Oy / TJOCKT, VAT-number FI2410985-2. We sell our products to adult individuals worldwide. Product prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change the price and the shipping costs. Please note that all our prices include Finnish sales tax VAT24% although you would order outside EU, we are not able to exclude VAT in our webshop.
How to order
The products are mainly ordered via the internet at www.tjockt.com. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, which states the price, delivery costs and the products ordered. Order confirmation is subject to the notification e-mail address when ordering. You agree to existing terms and conditions when making an order in our webshop.
We will send an order confirmation by e-mail, where you can see:
• contents of the order
• the invoice total with taxes and delivery costs
We ship products every day except weekends. In EU area we will deliver your order by air freight. The delivery time with other international deliveries might vary. Most of our products and yarns are made to order, so normally the products are shipped within 7-14 days. Delivery to EU area takes about 2-4 days, delivery to outside EU can take up to 14-21 days. Please confirm the delivery time in advance if it is critical.
Method of delivery and shipping costs
Shipping charges include postage and packing charges. You can view the shipping costs in your cart after selecting the payment and delivery method. We ship orders as a package. If the delivery is to be "fragile" and insured package, the shipping cost is added to the package special handling charge postal current prices. Problems due to transportation of defective products
If the product is lost in transit, damaged, or the customer has received a wrong product, the customer must immediately notify about problems to email@example.com. Notice of wrong delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged during delivery, a claim must be made to local post office. Packages sent through post are not insured. If customer wants to insure the shipment, it must be arranged in advance and customer must contact customer service about this issue.
We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery. When making an order, the customer must read the valid terms and conditions.
